Sales Calling Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Calling Executive to join our sales team in Bhopal. You will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and convert leads into customers. This is a target-oriented role where you will have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, benefits, and offers
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally
• Generate interest and convert qualified leads into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding
